Client Membership Cancellation and refund Rules
• Accessing service for Domain hosting and server space payment process will be not refundable after allocating the domain name.
• For Website Designing based project after review the website design and finalization by the client payment fee will not refundable in rare cases.
• Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
• All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/ returned to the VB Webperfection Technology Pvt. Ltd.
• All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
• Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
• Please read all our individual program information thoroughly.
• Cancellation requests for online product or software will be accepted before the processing the product of online access being granted.
• We also accept onetime payment (OTP) option with attractive discount scheme regarding IT based product or services.
